Tier Structure

Z-0: No AI awareness — manual processes only

Z-1: AI awareness — knows tools exist

Z-2: AI adoption — uses tools occasionally

Z-3: AI integration — regular workflow use

Z-4: AI dependency — default to AI first

Z-5: AI co-creation — collaborative human-AI

Z-6: AI consciousness — AI as extended self
