1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Beta Program Refunds
During our beta period, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with Manifest, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
1.2 Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscribers may request a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial payment. Tiers and pricing:
- Manifest Alpha ($19.99/month): 7-day refund window
- Manifest Beta ($49/month): 7-day refund window
- Manifest Growth ($99/month): 7-day refund window
- Manifest Public ($149/month): 7-day refund window
1.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers may request a refund within:
- Within 14 days: Full refund of annual fee
- After 14 days, before 60 days: Prorated refund for unused months
- After 60 days: No refund available (may cancel to prevent renewal)
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Activation Keys: Once an activation key is generated and used, it cannot be refunded
- Completed Builds: If your project has been successfully built and delivered, refunds are not available
- Add-on Services: One-time purchases such as additional domain builds, priority support sessions, or custom features
- Third-party Costs: Fees for external services (hosting, domains, APIs) arranged through Manifest
- Abuse/Violation: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible refund window:

- Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Include:
- Your account email address
- Order/subscription ID (found in your receipt)
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- Date of original purchase
3.2 Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Email: [email protected] with subject "Cancel Subscription"
- Stripe Portal: Manage subscription link in your billing emails
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Access: You retain full access until the end of the paid period
- Data Retention: Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation for reactivation
- No Partial Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle does not result in a prorated refund unless within the refund window
5. Free Trial Terms
If we offer a free trial period (announced separately):
- Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
- Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before trial end
- Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless canceled
- 7-day refund window still applies after conversion
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
6.1 Before Filing a Chargeback
⚠️ Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve 95% of billing issues within 48 hours.
6.2 Chargeback Consequences
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension
- Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination
- We may dispute illegitimate chargebacks with evidence of service delivery
- Chargeback fees ($15-25) may be billed to your account
7. Technical Issues & Service Credits
7.1 Service Level Agreement
If Manifest experiences downtime exceeding our SLA:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee (excludes scheduled maintenance)
- Downtime credits: 1 day of service credit per hour of unscheduled downtime
- Credits applied automatically to next billing cycle
7.2 Build Failures
If a build fails due to platform error (not user input):
- Immediate retry at no additional cost
- Service credit equivalent to build cost if retry also fails
- Full refund option if critical issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Existing subscriptions are governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
